Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Mavri! We appreciate your business and understand that sometimes, a return or exchange may be necessary.

Please note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our black pottery products, each piece is unique and may have slight variations in color or design. These variations are not considered defects and add to the beauty and character of each piece.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and will issue a full refund for unused and undamaged items within 3 days of delivery. We recommend you record an unboxing video of your shipment to document any potential damage during transit. In the case of damaged items, we will require the unboxing video as proof of damage for a full refund or replacement.

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Used items
  • Items damaged due to improper care or handling (refer to our care instructions for proper handling)
  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing us at sales@themavri.com or calling us at +919956568354. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email/call.
  2. Return Approval: We will review your request and send you a return authorization email with instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Return Shipment: Please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and return them to the address provided in the return authorization email. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they are unused and undamaged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Please note: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Unboxing Video

As mentioned previously, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video of your shipment. This video will serve as proof of any damage that may have occurred during transit and will expedite the return and refund process for damaged items.
